We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic restaurant business with four branches across Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage HR functions, support BOD and administrative tasks, and ensure smooth HR operations across all locations.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct interviews, assist with selection, and prepare onboarding materials.
- Organize orientation sessions for new hires and ensure they are well-integrated into the team.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure all employee documentation is complete and stored securely.
- Manage attendance and leave records, including sick leave, vacation, and other absences.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist in the preparation of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, end-of-service benefits, and other entitlements.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support the resolution of employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Training and Development:
- Organize training sessions and track employee development needs.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
- Track and document employee performance and support managers in addressing performance issues.
- Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions.
Administration:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
- Oversee the work permit process, including applications, renewals, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle management, including scheduling maintenance, tracking usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in compliance with company policies.
- Process and manage bill payments, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and expenses.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as delegated by the General Manager, supporting various business operations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
