Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance and HR teams.
  • Manage Travel Allowance and Dearness Allowance (TADA) claims and reimbursements efficiently.
  • Assist in daily HR and administrative tasks, including office management and employee communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in implementing HR initiatives.
  • Support documentation and record-keeping for audits and statutory requirements

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of basic HR operations & MS Office.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
