Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance and HR teams.
- Manage Travel Allowance and Dearness Allowance (TADA) claims and reimbursements efficiently.
- Assist in daily HR and administrative tasks, including office management and employee communications.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in implementing HR initiatives.
- Support documentation and record-keeping for audits and statutory requirements
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of basic HR operations & MS Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
