Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions including recruitment, employee records, payroll support, and HR compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records (personal files, contracts, attendance)
  • Support recruitment activities such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, system access, inductions)
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and overtime data
  • Help administer employee leave, benefits, and HR policies
  • Respond to basic employee HR queries and redirect when necessary
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of HR data
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and labor regulations is an advantage
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
