HR Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Administrator
to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for
fresh graduates
to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions including recruitment, employee records, payroll support, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation

Maintain and update employee records (personal files, contracts, attendance)

Support recruitment activities such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates

Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, system access, inductions)

Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and overtime data
-
Help administer employee leave, benefits, and HR policies
-
Respond to basic employee HR queries and redirect when necessary

Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications
-
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of HR data

Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
, or a related field
