HR Administrator

We are looking for an active, professional, and reliable HR & Admin Executive to support daily HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling staff coordination, documentation, and site-related administrative duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR and administrative operations
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation
  • Manage staff documentation including onboarding and filing
  • Issue and track employee entry gate passes and vehicle gate passes
  • Coordinate with staff for HR-related requirements and support
  • Assist in attendance tracking and basic HR reporting
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping at all times
  • Coordinate closely with the HR Manager on HR activities and tasks
  • Support general office administration and site-related admin work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude and active work approach

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling gate passes or site/admin coordination
  • Familiarity with UAE labor processes is a plus

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per hour
