- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, certificates, and other HR documents.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Coordinate visa, work permit, and employee documentation processes
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Generate HR reports and maintain confidential records.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Process invoices, purchase requests, and expense records.
- Support management with administrative projects and tasks.
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
