We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks and accounting functions, ensuring smooth operations across both departments. This is a dual role requiring multitasking, discretion, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate employee performance appraisals and training activities.
- Support in payroll processing by providing necessary data.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (Accounts Payable/Receivable).
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors when required.
- Process invoices, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in HR and accounting roles.
- Familiarity with HR software and accounting systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
