HR ADMINISTRATOR CUM ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks and accounting functions, ensuring smooth operations across both departments. This is a dual role requiring multitasking, discretion, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and benefits.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee performance appraisals and training activities.
  • Support in payroll processing by providing necessary data.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (Accounts Payable/Receivable).
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
  • Support external audits and liaise with auditors when required.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in HR and accounting roles.
  • Familiarity with HR software and accounting systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
