HR Administrator (Maternity Cover – 12 Month Contract)

Dublin 15 | Hybrid
Full-time | Monday–Friday

What you’ll do:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update HR systems, employee records and documentation
  • Assist with policy updates, reporting and HR administration
  • Respond to employee and management queries in a timely manner
  • Support cross-functional HR projects and day-to-day operations

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years’ experience in HR or administration
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning ability
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus if you have:

  • A third-level qualification in HR or related discipline
  • Experience working in a structured corporate environment
