HR Administrator – US Immigration (OPT/CPT/H1B)

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator with strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes (OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, and related compliance) to support HR operations and employee immigration lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will assist in documentation, compliance tracking, onboarding coordination, and HR administrative functions.

Immigration & Compliance

  • Manage documentation for OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, and other visa processes.
  • Track visa expiration dates, work authorization, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with employees, attorneys, and internal stakeholders on immigration matters.
  • Maintain accurate immigration records and ensure regulatory compliance.

HR Administration

  • Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and compliance files.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between HR, employees, and management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of U.S. immigration processes — OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B (required).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/HR systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nizamabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Available to work in night shift 7 PM IST to 5 AM IST
