HR Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data and supporting key processes across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain new hire information in HR systems (including Workday)
- Process employee lifecycle changes (status updates, transfers, terminations)
- Respond to employee inquiries with a high level of customer service
- Support and potentially facilitate new hire orientation sessions
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Workday required
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Outgoing, service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to present information clearly (experience with onboarding or training is a plus)
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Experience:
