Job Title: HR Admin

Location: Sector-80, Noida
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2 – 3 Years
Gender: Male Candidate Preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Admin to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HR administration and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
  • Assist in payroll coordination and HR documentation
  • Handle onboarding and exit formalities
  • Coordinate with vendors for office administration tasks
  • Manage files, reports, and internal communication
  • Support HR activities and compliance-related work
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Admin or similar role
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and admin processes
  • Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Candidate:

  • Immediate or short notice period preferred
