- Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and email inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain records and reports of admissions.
Telecaller
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/students.
- Explain company services and resolve queries.
- Maintain call records and follow up regularly.
