Responsibilities:
  • You’ll serve as a primary contact for first-line HR advice, providing colleagues and line managers with straightforward and practical support on a variety of topics.
  • You’ll guide and assist managers regarding policies such as absence, performance, conduct, and probation.
  • Alongside daily assistance, you’ll play an essential part in maintaining smooth HR operations by handling employee lifecycle processes—from onboarding and contract changes to offboarding.
  • Keeping our HR systems updated with precise records, maintaining templates and documents in accordance with legislation, and participating in broader HR projects and process enhancements are also key aspects of the role, promoting ongoing improvement within the team.

Essential

  • Delivers high-quality advice to stakeholders in alignment with team KPIs.
  • Possesses a thorough knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and industry best practices.
  • HR operations/generalist exposure working with global stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
