HR Advisor / HR Specialist

  • Support and execute core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Partner with Department Managers to align HR practices with operational needs.
  • Assist leaders with performance management and employee relations issues, providing guidance, coaching, and resolution support.
  • Support and help implement leadership development programs to build management capability.
  • Contribute to workforce planning efforts to ensure staffing aligns with production and business demands.
  • Lead the development and oversight of strategic recruitment through external partnerships.
  • Help implement and manage training programs focused on skill development, safety, and career growth.
  • Act as a bridge between operations and leadership, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience supporting front-line leaders with employee relations and performance issues.
  • Working knowledge of workforce planning and training program implementation.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with broader organizational support.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
