- Support and execute core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Partner with Department Managers to align HR practices with operational needs.

Assist leaders with performance management and employee relations issues, providing guidance, coaching, and resolution support.

Support and help implement leadership development programs to build management capability.

Contribute to workforce planning efforts to ensure staffing aligns with production and business demands.

Lead the development and oversight of strategic recruitment through external partnerships.

Help implement and manage training programs focused on skill development, safety, and career growth.

Act as a bridge between operations and leadership, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Experience supporting front-line leaders with employee relations and performance issues.

Working knowledge of workforce planning and training program implementation.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to balance tactical execution with broader organizational support.

HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
