We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR & Admin Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to maintain accuracy while managing multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases with confidentiality.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, notices, and performance-related files.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and internal meetings.
- Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage office maintenance tasks.
- Handle general administrative duties such as documentation, filing, and responding to emails.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support implementation of HR procedures.
- Provide support to management for day-to-day operational tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR, admin, or office coordination roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
