We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support our daily HR operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping the office running smoothly.
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation accuracy
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR database updates
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR procedures and labor laws is a plus
