Job Title: HR and Admin Executive

Location: Pune (Khed–Rajgurunagar)

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and technical roles – sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
  • Process attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Ensure legal and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, factory laws, etc.).
  • Assist in employee grievance handling and maintain a positive work environment.

Administration:

  • Maintain and track inventory of office/admin supplies and utilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services, contracts, and renewals.
  • Ensure workplace hygiene, safety, and compliance with protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing setup.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR practices.
  • Good command over MS Office tools (especially Excel); experience with HRMS systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR and Admin : 3 years (Preferred)
