- Assist in the recruitment process, screening CVs, arranging interviews, negotiation, until the confirmation of employment.
- Continually educate employees on company policies
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in ERP
- Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed.
- Preparing letters such as offer letter, appointment letter, warning latter, termination letter, NOC for Driving License, Experience Certificate, Circular, Memo’s, authorization letter and transfer letters etc.
- Prepare and submitting HR related reports time to time
- Handling ends to end employee medical insurance and workmen compensation insurance in coordination with Facility management
- Keeping the employee records both soft and hard copy
- Organizational chart updating, induction material updating, policy and procedure compiling
- Update and allocate company accommodation to employees
- Data collection, analyze and create HR and Operations reports
