Core responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records (QID, passport, contracts, leave records, etc.).
- Coordinate payroll processing with Accounts team
- Manage leave, attendance, and timesheets.
- Coordinate with Pro Process QID renewal, visa applications, and other government documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Prepare HR letters (offer letters, experience certificates, warning letters, etc.).
- Support performance appraisal process.
- Maintain HR reports and documentation.
- Coordinate medical insurance and other employee benefits.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate purchases when required.
- Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR/Admin/Procurement (preferably in Qatar).
- Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and government procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
