The HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for managing a broad range of human resources and administrative tasks within the organization. This role demands a proactive individual with a solid background in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, payroll processing, attendance and leave management, as well as overall office administration. The position is based in DHA Phase 2, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM, requiring the candidate to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain an organized and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules. Collaborate closely with department heads to understand and meet their hiring needs.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates. Maintain and update a talent pool regularly to support ongoing and future recruitment efforts.

Candidate Screening and Onboarding: Conduct initial screenings of candidates and arrange interviews with relevant stakeholders. Facilitate a seamless onboarding process by managing necessary documentation and organizing orientation sessions for new employees.

Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately and on time. Address and resolve any payroll-related queries or discrepancies to maintain employee satisfaction.

Attendance Management: Monitor employee attendance records consistently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Employee Leave Management: Handle leave requests and maintain accurate leave records. Provide guidance on leave policies and ensure adherence to organizational standards.

Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash transactions and maintain detailed records. Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment. Coordinate procurement of office supplies, manage maintenance activities, and liaise with vendors. Perform general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and correspondence management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Fresh / Experienced in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and attendance management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
