Human Resources:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and systems.
  • Provide guidance and counselling on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the recruitment process, drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding and off boarding and induction plans.
  • Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance matters in coordination with management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (attendance, KYC, leave, etc.) as per policy and statutory requirements.
  • Review employment terms and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, professional tax, etc.).

Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Support travel arrangements, Flight & Train tickets Booking, Hotel booking, VISA & facility management, and other office maintenance.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Assist management with any other operational or administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist Directors of the companies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
