Human Resources:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and systems.
- Provide guidance and counselling on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment process, drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Create and implement effective onboarding and off boarding and induction plans.
- Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance matters in coordination with management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (attendance, KYC, leave, etc.) as per policy and statutory requirements.
- Review employment terms and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, professional tax, etc.).
Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.
- Support travel arrangements, Flight & Train tickets Booking, Hotel booking, VISA & facility management, and other office maintenance.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and record keeping.
- Assist management with any other operational or administrative tasks as required.
- Assist Directors of the companies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
