Human Resources Duties
- Lead full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding).
- Act as the primary contact for HR-related employee and management enquiries.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR files accurately.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and benefits information in coordination with payroll/finance.
- Support performance management processes and training/development activities.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and internal HR policies.
Administrative Duties
- Oversee daily office administration, including office supplies, correspondence, and facility needs.
- Manage visa processing, work permits, QID renewals, and government paperwork where required.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports, letters, and documentation for management.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events for staff and leadership.
