HR and Admin Officer

Human Resources Duties

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding).
  • Act as the primary contact for HR-related employee and management enquiries.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR files accurately.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and benefits information in coordination with payroll/finance.
  • Support performance management processes and training/development activities.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and internal HR policies.

Administrative Duties

  • Oversee daily office administration, including office supplies, correspondence, and facility needs.
  • Manage visa processing, work permits, QID renewals, and government paperwork where required.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports, letters, and documentation for management.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events for staff and leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
