We are looking for a reliable HR and Admin Assistant to support our HR operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, fast in follow-up, and confident in using Saudi HR portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Saudi HR portals such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem and Labour Office systems
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Prepare and maintain employee files and documents
  • Support visa processing, contract preparation and renewals
  • Update employee data and ensure accuracy in all systems
  • Manage attendance, leaves and daily HR transactions
  • Assist with general administration tasks and office coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external government offices when required

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or admin roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Saudi HR portals (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
