We are looking for a reliable HR and Admin Assistant to support our HR operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, fast in follow-up, and confident in using Saudi HR portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Saudi HR portals such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem and Labour Office systems
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
- Prepare and maintain employee files and documents
- Support visa processing, contract preparation and renewals
- Update employee data and ensure accuracy in all systems
- Manage attendance, leaves and daily HR transactions
- Assist with general administration tasks and office coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams and external government offices when required
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or admin roles
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi HR portals (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem)
- Good communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
