- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Prepare employment offers, contracts, and related HR documents.
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
- Support in visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees.
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and probation periods.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, overtime, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Administration:
- Support general office administration including stationery, supplies, and maintenance requests.
- Support correspondence, filing systems, and documentation.
- Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for staff when required.
- Support management in organizing company events and meetings.
- Support liaise with external service providers, landlords, and government offices when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience (preferably in the UAE).
- Good understanding of UAE labor laws and visa procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
