  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Prepare employment offers, contracts, and related HR documents.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
  • Support in visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees.
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and probation periods.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, overtime, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Administration:

  • Support general office administration including stationery, supplies, and maintenance requests.
  • Support correspondence, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for staff when required.
  • Support management in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Support liaise with external service providers, landlords, and government offices when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience (preferably in the UAE).
  • Good understanding of UAE labor laws and visa procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
