Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Virtual HR and Administrative Support Specialist to help us refresh, streamline, and strengthen our HR and administrative operations. This role will work closely with our leadership team to ensure our HR processes are compliant, organised, and efficient — while also providing executive and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support

  • Review and update employment contracts to ensure compliance with relevant awards, Fair Work requirements, and Australia’s NES standards.
  • Organise and maintain HR folders, employee records, and documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including coordination with overseas recruiters and immigration agents for VISA staff.
  • Oversee workers’ compensation matters, liaising with insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Administrative & Executive Assistance

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal assistant support to the Director.
  • Assist in scheduling, correspondence, and task coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain organised digital files and ensure documentation accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration or generalist HR roles, preferably supporting Australian clients.
  • Strong understanding of Fair Work legislation, awards, and NES compliance.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based collaboration tools
