Job Location: Mulund West
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Internship Stipend: 5000 to 10000 per month

Note: Post Internship, depending on performance, we can offer an executive level role.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain candidate and employee records
  • Support onboarding and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with teams for attendance and basic HR operations

Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Research potential clients and business opportunities
  • Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Support proposal creation and follow-ups
  • Maintain CRM and sales tracking reports

Requirements:

  • Graduate or final-year student in HR, Business, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and sales processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
