- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Support onboarding and HR documentation
- Coordinate with teams for attendance and basic HR operations
Business Development Responsibilities:
- Research potential clients and business opportunities
- Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Support proposal creation and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM and sales tracking reports
Requirements:
- Graduate or final-year student in HR, Business, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and sales processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
