He/ She has to visit Sites (In Mumbai) monthly for Compliance Audit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Handled independently payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Experience in Onboard and Exit process.
- Compliance Responsibilities:
- Ensure statutory compliance under labor laws (ESIC, EPF, etc.).
- Coordinate with consultants or auditors for periodic labor audits and inspections.
- Keep up-to-date with legal and regulatory changes that affect HR policies and practices.
- Prepare and maintain compliance registers and records as required by law.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective actions for compliance gaps.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in HR and statutory compliance roles.
