Job Detail:
The HR and Compliance Manager will oversee all human resources functions and ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, Hiring,and company policies. This role is critical for maintaining a productive workforce and mitigating compliance risks in a facility management environment.
Eligibility:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR and compliance, preferably in facility management or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
