Responsibilities:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented HR and Emiratisation Officer, to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, UAE.

Support the HR team in maintaining a high standard of HR service delivery and ensuring consistency of HR information and processes.

Respond to employee queries professionally and accurately, ensuring alignment with company policies; escalate issues to the HR Manager where required.

Support the onboarding process by providing relevant training and information to new starters.

Manage mobilization and demobilization processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and UAE Labour Law.

Coordinate administrative tasks related to onboarding and deliver HR orientations, addressing and resolving new joiner issues.

Draft amendments to contracts, employee letters, NOCs, salary certificates, and other HR communications.

Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and process requests through the company HR portal (e.g., KEO Portal).

Administer medical insurance matters, including enrolments, deletions, claims queries, and record management.

Work collaboratively with HR and other internal teams to ensure employment terms, policies, and processes are applied consistently.

Administer annual leave, sick leave, and other types of leave in accordance with UAE Labour Law and company policy.

Act as the primary liaison between HR, Divisional Managers, and L&D teams to support the successful integration and development of UAE Nationals.

Ensure UAE Nationals receive meaningful work assignments aligned with their skills, career goals, and business needs.

Monitor progress, performance, and development needs of Emirati employees; highlight challenges and recommend solutions.

Coordinate training, mentoring, and development initiatives to support Emiratization objectives.

Maintain accurate records and reporting of Emiratization initiatives, progress, and compliance.

Provide ongoing support to Emirati colleagues to ensure they have the appropriate resources and workplace support.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree from a college or university preferred.
Minimum of 2–4 years of related HR experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service.
Ability to effectively present information and prepare formatted correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Basic ability to calculate simple figures.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is required.
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
Experience in Emiratization programs, recruitment, and employee development is highly desirable.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
