HR and Governance Executive

Total Yrs of Exp - 1 to 3 Yrs Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Preparing Human Resource Plan in line with Business Plan

· Designing and facilitating implementation of HRM policies & processes

· Preparing and maintaining updated HRM Policy & Process documents

· Preparing and maintaining updated Role Descriptions for all managerial and executive level positions

· Initiating the Recruitment process to meet staffing requirements, co coordinating the process of Selection of personnel, and handling all appointment / placement/ on boarding related tasks

· Managing the HRIS

· Payroll management

· Ensuring that Employee Grievances are dealt with and appropriately closed

· Co ordaining Performance Planning &Review processes, and carrying out resultant remuneration and career related actions

· Ensuring that all Licenses and approvals relating to employment are obtained and are renewed on time; ensure complete compliance with statutory requirements.

· Assessing current and future competency needs in the organization, carrying out competency assessments, and initiating processes for competency development

· Providing information and advice to Management for framing /amending HRM policies

· Initiating and coordinating Employee Engagement activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
