Job Title: HR & Marketing Executive
Department: Administration / Operations
Reports To: Management

Job Summary

The HR & Marketing Executive is responsible for handling human resource activities along with field marketing and tele-marketing operations. The role focuses on managing employees, recruitment, and administrative HR tasks while also supporting business growth through direct marketing and customer outreach.

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Implement HR policies, company rules, and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and discipline.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and staff evaluations.
  • Support training, induction, and employee engagement activities.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Carry out tele-marketing calls to generate leads and follow up with customers.
  • Visit clients, distributors, or prospects as required.
  • Maintain customer data, call records, and visit reports.
  • Assist in organizing promotions, and local marketing events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multitasking and field work.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices.
  • Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
