Position: HR & Business Development Strategist Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and support HR documentation.
- Help in planning and organizing team-building activities.
- Support performance tracking and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
Business Development Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients, advertisers, and partners.
- Assist in preparing pitches and presentations for potential business collaborations.
- Support marketing and outreach campaigns to increase brand presence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to suggest growth opportunities.
- Track leads and maintain CRM or business development databases.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is a plus.
