Position: HR & Business Development Strategist Intern
Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
Type: Internship (3–6 months, with possible full-time opportunity)

Roles & Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and support HR documentation.
• Help in planning and organizing team-building activities.
• Support performance tracking and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.

Business Development Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients, advertisers, and partners.
• Assist in preparing pitches and presentations for potential business collaborations.
• Support marketing and outreach campaigns to increase brand presence.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to suggest growth opportunities.
• Track leads and maintain CRM or business development databases.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is a plus.
