Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR and Office Administrator to join our team. This role combines human resources responsibilities with office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or office administration (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software tools.
