HR & Operations Coordinator
Company: Chrizanta Builders and Interiors Pvt. Ltd.
Work Timing: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (including 30 minutes lunch break) – Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities1. Project Coordination & Site Management
- Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure work progresses as per schedule.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
2. Procurement & Inventory Management
- Maintain proper records of materials, tools, and equipment at site.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock usage and maintain adequate inventory to avoid work delays.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Maintain site diaries, material records, work reports, and operational logs.
- Support the preparation and processing of quotations, purchase orders, and work contracts.
4. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and construction specifications.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures and use of PPE at site.
- Assist in site inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
5. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate project status updates to clients and management.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and external agencies.
- Address and resolve site-level issues in a timely manner.
6. Budget & Cost Control
- Assist in monitoring labor, material, and equipment costs.
- Support management in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure proper documentation of resources used for cost analysis.
