Job Description

We are hiring an HR and Operations Executive to handle labour management site coordination recruitment and daily operations for fire and MEP projects.
This is not a desk job. Regular site visits and labour handling are required.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit welders pipe fitters helpers and technicians
Manage daily labour deployment attendance and discipline
Coordinate site activities and work progress
Handle basic stock and material coordination
Schedule service calls and technician deployment
Support labour payments and basic office coordination

Requirements

Experience 2 to 5 years preferred
Marathi Hindi and English required
Site and labour handling experience compulsory
Fire MEP or construction background preferred

Salary

18000 to 30000 per month depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,706.89 - ₹30,898.27 per month
