Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR & Payroll Administrator to manage all aspects of payroll processing and human resources support. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, efficient, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
Human Resources
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain personnel files and HR documentation
- Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment
- Track PTO, attendance, and employee records
- Assist with recruiting, job postings, and interview coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll and HR experience
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software
- Strong understanding of employment laws and payroll regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
