HR and Recruitment Executive – BPO-Night Shift

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing Campany Strive BPO LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals for our call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for BPO positions.
• Post job ads and actively source candidates through different platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Ensure timely hiring to meet operational needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in BPO or call center recruitment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in night shift.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
