We are a fast-growing print-on-demand dropshipping company specializing in customized apparel, home decor, and accessories. Our dynamic team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized products to customers worldwide. As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our HR operations, particularly in attendance monitoring and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage accurate attendance and leave records across departments.
• Process monthly payroll on time, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure error-free salary disbursements.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, leaves, and attendance.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents, reports, and data related to payroll and time management.
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll data.
• Support in HR audits, compliance checks, and other administrative functions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR functions, with a focus on attendance and payroll.
• Working knowledge of HRIS/payroll software (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
