We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support the daily administrative and HR functions of our department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HRIS management, and general office tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital)
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., attendance, leaves of absence)
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and company events
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
- Support HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and policy reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in an administrative role; HR experience preferred
- Understanding of labor laws and confidentiality guidelines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
