HR Assistant

India

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, joining formalities, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying data.
  • Help in drafting letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and communicate with candidates.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Ensure proper filing of HR documents and compliance records.
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and update databases as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
