HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  • Assist in processing payroll and benefits administration as needed.
  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Answer employee questions and direct them to the right HR contacts when necessary.
  • Support HR initiatives such as training, performance reviews, and company events.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
