The Volume Cars Auto Group is family owned and operated in the Greater Chicagoland Area. We are growing and currently looking for talented individuals in our Office Department to be part of our team and help the group accomplish our Mission to provide an exceptional customer service experience through our commitment of "We Buy Volume, So You Pay Wholesale."
Duties
- Assist with the development and implementation of training programs for employees
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to management
- Assist with talent management initiatives, including recruitment and onboarding processes
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Utilize HR software systems such as ADP, and recruitment portals, to manage employee data and generate reports
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary **Negotiable** Based on experience.
