HR Assistant

Kuala, India

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible HR Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in clerical work, report writing, and have good communication in English. A two-wheeler is required for field-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
  • Handle clerical and administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Draft official letters, emails, and communications in English.
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and project-related tasks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Perform errands and field visits as required (using own two-wheeler).
  • Provide general support to the office team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
