Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and driving HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
•* Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.*
•* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hotel objectives and brand standards.*
•* Manage recruitment for all departments – from front office and F&B to housekeeping and administration.*
•* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.*
•* Design and execute training and development programs to improve staff performance and retention.*
•* Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions professionally.*
•* Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring confidentiality at all times.*
•* Partner with department heads to foster a positive workplace culture and uphold service excellence.*
•* Coordinate staff welfare programs, team-building activities, and employee recognition initiatives.*
Proven experience in HR or related roles 5+ years depending on seniority level).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
