HR Assistant

We have an immediate opening for a Human Resources Assistant in our Springfield, MO facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of the staffing and onboarding process, including advertising, scheduling interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and conducting new employee orientations
• Assist with the administration of the HR System - ADP
• Support the safety program, including conducting inspections, maintaining records and reporting, and delivering safety-related training
• Assist with the administration of training, including training sessions and working with management to ensure training is completed on time
• Complete various HR-related reporting
• Administrative and clerical duties
• Work closely with employees and managers to answer questions and resolve issues

Job Requirements:

• Two years’ experience in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Type 50 wpm
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Organized
• Detail oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Team oriented
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
