HR Assistant

The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, assist with recruitment and employee relations, and ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and related HR documentation.
• Assist in processing payroll and maintaining confidentiality of employee data.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
