1. Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files).
  • Prepare HR documents such.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, overtime, leaves).
  • Manage HR calendars, schedule meetings, and handle department correspondence.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and social platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and reference verification.
  • Support the onboarding process: orientation sessions, documentation, and new hire setup.

3. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for basic HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Track employee attendance, leave requests, and probation reviews.
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes.
  • Help maintain compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and safety standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
