1. Administrative Support
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files).
- Prepare HR documents such.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, overtime, leaves).
- Manage HR calendars, schedule meetings, and handle department correspondence.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and social platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and reference verification.
- Support the onboarding process: orientation sessions, documentation, and new hire setup.
3. Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for basic HR-related inquiries.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Track employee attendance, leave requests, and probation reviews.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes.
- Help maintain compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and safety standards.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
