Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Maintains the data bank of resumes dropped in Applications drop box
- Filter the resumes of Drop box and maintain the database of CVs
- Scheduling of Interview over call and coordinate between interviews
On boarding
- Provide mandatory forms at the time of joining to new joiners
- Prepare the personal files which involves tagging and indexing
HR Operations
- Maintain personal files of employees and file the entire relevant documents in the personal files on daily basis
- Prepare medical cards for the employees and keep the database update
- Maintain employee’s data in the database (HRIS)
Qualification & Experience:
- Must be a graduate with at least 6 months of experience in HR.
