  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

  • Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Prepare HR documents like employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and leave tracking.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize training sessions, HR events, and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide support in performance review processes and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
