HR Assistant – WP Minds

Compensation: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month Location: Lahore Reporting to: HR & Operations Lead / Program Manager

Role Overview

The HR Assistant will play a pivotal support role in strengthening workforce operations across WP Minds. This role is structured to streamline people processes, elevate employee experience, and ensure HR workflows run with precision. The position demands strong organizational acumen, proactive communication, and a commitment to driving operational excellence across a high-performance agency ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end hiring logistics including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication.
  • Support structured onboarding for new hires, ensuring employees are properly equipped with access, documentation, and role expectations.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers.

Employee Experience & HR Operations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for basic HR queries, routing matters appropriately.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, NDAs, and HR records with strict confidentiality.
  • Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and compliance oversight.
  • Support monthly HR check-ins and culture-building initiatives.
  • Facilitate internal communications, announcements, and team coordination.

Performance & Compliance Support

  • Assist in managing probation reviews, performance documentation, and appraisal coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and security protocols, including IP protection and data-handling requirements.
  • Track completion of training, HR tasks, and SOP adoption across the team.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Support HR reporting, dashboards, and weekly/monthly summaries.
  • Manage scheduling for HR meetings, interviews, and team sessions.
  • Help coordinate onboarding/offboarding workflows, system access, and asset collection.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, learning sessions, and HR-led initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High ownership mindset with exceptional follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong administrative discipline with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, HR trackers, and collaboration tools (Basecamp, Slack, etc., preferred).
  • Integrity, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR or operations support experience (agency or tech environment preferred).
  • Understanding of modern HR practices, hiring workflows, and culture-building frameworks.
